At Kula Kids we offer a variety of classes tailored to our students and there individual needs. With smaller class sizes and a variety of age groups to choose from, our program is fun filled, one of a kind and age appropriate. Our program begins with our Prenatal classes and follows your child as they grow and develop to the age of 18yrs where they then will be ready to fully integrate into adult classes in mindy, body & breath.

❈ Prenatal Yoga
Becoming a mother is a very personal adventure. Although your healthcare provider monitors your health and your baby's growth throughout your pregnancy, yoga can help strengthen your mind, body and spirit while promoting an inner balance that will assist in preparation for labor and delivery. Prenatal yoga can also help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy during this time of transition or uncertainty. Classes will include yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery.
❈ Postnatal Yoga 0-6 month olds
Your life is transformed with a newborn baby, often in unexpected ways. The experience of giving birth calls for a new integration of you physical and spiritual well-being, so gentle yoga-based movements individually and with your baby can help you gradually and safely to recover not only your figure and your muscle tone, but your strength from within. The flow of your breath in yoga and the stillness of deep relaxation with your baby can open up a steady, calm path ahead in the midst of all the emotions that new mothers inevitably go through.
❈ Mommy & Baby Yoga
Regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby in a supportive and welcoming environment. Tone and lengthen your muscles, strengthen your posture, relax and rejuvenate, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength. Enjoy special time with your baby, either holding your baby in your arms, leaning against your legs, on your front, sitting in your lap or resting on a blanket. Special time is made for babies to enjoy their own yoga and bond with mom through touch, movement and massage. Baby yoga will help strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development.
❈ Mommy & Baby Yoga
Introduce your tot to the joys of yoga while participating together in a program that incorporates the mind, body and spirit. Yoga asana, meditation, mindfulness, and breath work are incorporated in each class through play, movement, dance and song. Your tot will wag their tail in downward facing dog, roar like a lion and grow strong and stable like a warrior.
❈ Mommy & Toddler Yoga
Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, music, dance and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We will bark in downward facing dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles.
❈ Toddler Yoga 3-4 yrs
Our Toddler yoga class gives your child the opportunity to find tranquility and peace in their busy little lives while improving whole body health. Develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit through fun and inspirational classes that encourage your child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple yoga poses with engaging songs, play and dance that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing concentration, attention and focus.
❈ Children's Yoga 4-6 yrs
Yoga for children is an opportunity for them to develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit while engaging in song, dance and play in this energy releasing class. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
❈ Children's Yoga 6-8 yrs
Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing, mindfulness and visualization techniques. Our yoga class will help improve strength, flexibility and coordination. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, and basic anatomy.
❈ Children's Yoga 8-10 yrs
Help build strength and
flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences.
Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization, mindfulness and
breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can
be applied towards everyday situations. Partner and group poses and age
appropriate yoga games are incorporated into the classes
❈ Pre-Teen Yoga 10-12 yrs
Move your body, free your mind and let your spirit soar all while having fun and celebrating your life. Release tension from your daily activities and busy school schedule while flowing through yoga postures. Increase internal and external awareness and calm your mind and body through mindfulness and meditation, while incorporating breathing techniques that create stillness.
❈ Teen Yoga 12-14 yrs
Teenage years can be a mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging time in a young person's life. With changing bodies, dynamic emotions, and pressures from parents and peers, yoga can be a powerful outlet that allows teens to look inward and find center.
Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus. Also included are partner and group poses and playful yoga games. Experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, mindfulness, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body.
❈ Teen Yoga 15-18 yrs
Teen's will learn effective yogic tools to help decrease and handle stress, anger, anxiety, and depression, while increasing emotional balance, self-esteem and personal empowerment. Our yoga class will assist teens in choosing personally beneficial life choices, becoming comfortable within their own body and learning lifelong techniques to calm their mind. This class will incorporate yoga asana, breathing, mindfulness and meditation techniques that are age appropriate and will assist in setting your teen on a positive life path.
❈ Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Our TSY classes are designed with the intentions for healing through validation, choice, embodiment and agency. Each class is tailored to the individual childs needs. The classes are adaptive mirroring the stages of recovery with a phisical focus on movement and breathwork. Our TSY program supports healing through present moment awareness which enables the student to regulate their mind & body and creates a sense of connection.
Kristy is a Trauma Sensitive certified instructor for children and looks forward to bringinng her weath of knowledge and experience to her students.
❈ Private Yoga Classes (all ages)
Our private yoga classes are for all age groups and can provide yoga one-on-one or in a small group. Private classes for families,
groups of friends, moms and babies - we offer it all! We can accommodate groups in Studio or on location. Contact us for further details and availability. Fees are based on a 45 minute class.
One-on-one $50 CI per class in Studio
One-on-one $60 CI per class on Location
In Studio: 3 participants $135 CI per class; each additional person $40 CI per class
On Location: 3 participants $150 CI per class; each additional person $45 CI per class

Our drop-in option is available for all of our Yoga Classes providing that space is available. 24 hours notice is required for Drop-Ins. Private classes NOT included.
